Mine is also Chai and partners. Sounds high for disbursement.

Any other forumers using the other lawyer for comparison?

Looks like law firms are trying to cover back whatever bulk discount they gave to Seng kung.

in terms of type A, guess purchasers would more likely opt for type B (due to the view, layout and extra carpark) first given the choice. However, seeing that all type B units have been fully sold, my take is that sales would prolly start picking up for type A units.

type C would be partially or almost blocked by block A if u look at the layout of the buildings carefully. hence its more like no view instead of park view rolleyes.gif

Type A and C got future pavilion 2 view.

Now seems moving slowly. Do u all reckon it will move faster before launch of pavilion2 residence?

Should be moving better because Pav Residence aint cheap.

But I will pick the serviced apartment which is going to be launched by HO HUP tentatively early next year rather than this Link 2 (BLOCK B) given the proximity to the amenities of Pav Regional Mall + Shops + Park + Lai Meng Chinese School + Shuttle to LRT(1km away)

Berjaya aint good in doing commercial so far and this Link 2 is mixed development with a proposed mall comprising of shoplets. Quite likely this mall will be trashed by either Pav Reg Mall and WCT Paradigm Mall.

Saying all these, I booked the Block A of Link 2 given the instant paper gain and the uncertainty over how HO HUP and PAV going to price their products.

Heard it is going to be 550k+ (700sf) for HO HUP and around 700k+ (800sf) for PAV.

Above just my 2cents.
