for amenities, Kuchai will be on the pros side, while travel distance to work OKR will be an advantage. OKR easy accessible to KL sentral, Bangsar South & PJ, while Kuchai will be towards KL side which is KLCC, Bukit Bintang.

Hard to compare. OKR is much bigger than Kuchai. The fact that Kuchai is part of OKR. Thasmita liked this post

There are 2 different set of locality studies in KL particularly in Klang Valley
- LCG Vs CBD - The Centre of KL Vs The Centre of Klang Valley Which new LCG is in the making, that should be the main concern of every house purchase or property investor, from my study after checking with local map producer Ho Chin Soon, apparently I think PJ southbound would appear to be more potential for becoming the next LCG, I would say Sri Petaling would be the prospect, so the areas that closer to SP would be considered a better locality, both OKR and Kuchai are equally good to my judgement This post has been edited by 888-Alien: Apr 12 2023, 09:48 AM |

Ultimately it depends where you work.
OKR is long and the area coverage is large, not only the portion near Scott garden but also the area behind the police station (with 4 new developments there). There are also a few condo unit, just behind the main OKR road. Traffic is an issue. too many traffic lights. And if you are close to Scott Garden, you sometimes have to deal with the smell from the nearby treatment plant. If you are working south, Kuchai will be better for easier access to Seremban highway. It also has closer access to NPE. If you are looking at the area, you can also look at OUG and Taman desa. If you want to stay near a commercial area, then it would be OKR, but if you want a quieter residential area, then Kuchai, taman desa or OUG. |
