These two places no doubt are good location to buy and to invest and is next other only, but in terms of price for condos per sq ft, OKR is more expensive, why? If i to buy an unit of condo, which area should i buy? Plz advise.

Both is quite close to each other and should look into each development by its self.
Old klang road is very lng, near to Sunway/PJ there not so good, (mainly leasehold),and near to Mid Valley higher price.

OKR - lots of traffics light and traffic often snails regardless day/night
Kuchai lama - many access to highway, less vibrant if compared to OKR,

if you ask me, I prefer to stay at OKR with lot of good foods around but I like to depart from Kuchai lama easy access to highway

OKR first half (midvalley to oug) ok, second half (under npe) big no no.

OKR first half at least have monorail extension in propose plan, kuchai lama nothing yet.

OKR first half bus route more than kuchai, because all puchong bus also use same route

I would prefer Taman Desa. Not so heavy traffic and mature neighbourhood. Good access too...
