not really. but from that link u can read it and understand mostly how it's done.

basically why he did all that is because he wanted the LED to shine brighter with more glow beneath the keycaps.
so he sandblasted the pcb plate and spray it silver.
also he replaced the black switch housing into transparent ones with silver stickers in between, apparently for better light reflection.

the sound dampening thing i don't think i'll do, since i like the clicky-gasm sound

i had the privilege to try normal blacks and vintage blacks...and yeah i agree that vintage blacks has a smoother feel to it.
but i like clears better...i still prefer tactile to it...

because if u have black, it's actually not much different from red, just that red is lighter, way lighter.

between blue and brown, i have both blue and brown boards. i love blue switch, and to me, brown's tactility is almost non-existent in my feel unless i type super slow with my attention focused to my fingertip.
so in a sense, red n brown isn't that big of a difference either.
unless u are going for mx clears...now that is different but mx clear with 62G springs, i didn't get to try stock clear...
