Workimg in subang hi tech, the cost for me to go work is rm700. So i took ktm which nearby alam dari (ukm station) which take roughly around 5-7min from serene heights.  From 6.50am reach at 8.15am in subang hitech (ktm batu 3) due to interchange kl sentral.

Tiring on weekday but once resch home, best home sweet home feeling ever!

Speaking of person which live in kl before, so i vote for peaceful and calm environment. Im not object devleolment, but serene heights offers 4 way (bandar baru bangi, bandar seri putera, nilai, and developing semenyih)

The only down side are kampung batu 3 caused bottleneck which i hope one day it can be resolve, school and clinic kesihatan.

You go to KTM UKM by car or motorcycle?
But at KTM Batu Tiga, you still have some distance until Subang Hi Tech (commercial area or industrial park?), how do you commute from KTM Batu 3 to your final destination?

8:15am is the time arrive at KTM Batu 3 or your working destination?
1:25hrs of traveling by KTM train. I guess is without seat available and heavily packed with passengers?

When you said Serene Height offer 4 ways, you mean connected to 4 different already-established-location?

At what time of the day Kampung Batu 3 causes bottleneck?

my office at jln raja laut n my husband at jalan perak. for now, while waiting for eugenia 1 to complete, we are thinking to use PLUS after we live at SH.
