You go to KTM UKM by car or motorcycle?
But at KTM Batu Tiga, you still have some distance until Subang Hi Tech (commercial area or industrial park?), how do you commute from KTM Batu 3 to your final destination?

8:15am is the time arrive at KTM Batu 3 or your working destination?
1:25hrs of traveling by KTM train. I guess is without seat available and heavily packed with passengers?

When you said Serene Height offer 4 ways, you mean connected to 4 different already-established-location?

At what time of the day Kampung Batu 3 causes bottleneck?

1. From ktm batu 3 i commute with shuttle van that my company already provided. Arrive around 8.30am

2. With motorcycle going to ukm station. The seat will be 50 50 chance available.

3. Yes conneced with to 4 ways established connection along the way.

4. I dont know because i dont use kampung batu 3. My wife said no jam and bottleneck so far. But it still in the near future

The 4 ways being Alam Sari, Kampung Batu 3, and what else?

Is the KTM UKM ever have traffic jam at the time you start your journey?
Where driver stopping their car at road side, dropping passengers. Or insufficient parking, so people simply park their car at road side, making the already narrow road even narrower.

Another two questions:
1) When heavy down pour, Serene Height area ever flood?

2) How is the rental there? Do you see a lot of tenants?

Which road are u referring to? Road from serene heights to alam sari still closed to public last time i visit few weeks ago. But the road can be used by serene heights resident with special pass.

rclxub.gif anyone can advise what highway is better to go to KL area during weekdays?
Coz my office is in Tun Razak. my loan had been approved for Eugenia 2 but quite hesitant to sign the SNP due to locations?

Safety & house condition i think i trust UEM. Just maybe minor problem. Any complaint on construction so far from all completed owner?

What is the nearest school nearby?

Bro, eugenia 2 is a good buy imo so u shud nt hesitate to bbb😄

I wud say d quality of d hse is good, no major defects n d serene lounge staff are very pro in rectifying d defects

Yes for my own stay! Had to convinced my wife about 2 weeks that its not far from kl. Haha. I like this kind of township rather than urban condo living. The problem is far from our office only

my office at jln raja laut n my husband at jalan perak. for now, while waiting for eugenia 1 to complete, we are thinking to use PLUS after we live at SH.

or anyone has better solution?

can take the road to Bandar Baru Bangi via Alam Sari, then exit to Besraya via Persiaran Bangi - Persiaran Jaya

Ofcourse PLUS should be the fastest and easiest...
