The master plan is from their company Prospectus. Only a screenshot of it, subject to changes I believe.

Just called their sales office, below are the information I get, their still yet to finalize the details:

Phase: 1st Phase
Type: Double Storey Terrace
Land size: 22x70
Built-up: +/- 2000sqft
Tenure: Freehold
Indicative Price: 500k++
Tentative launch date: Feb 2014

From my last visit to Alam Sari Sales Office, the SA informed me that there will be actually 3 entrances to Alam Sari (to be built in the future), which:

1. Jalan Reko - Passing through KTM, current only entrace
2. LEKAS - to be built in accordance to UEM Sunrise's Serene Height project which is on the right side of AS, but will be in the later part of the development
3. Bandar Seri Putra - Exit through Bandar Seri Putra, which I believe to be shared with Mah Sing South Ville City interchange, which is passing through PNB development's Bangi Estate. I was told this will be built earlier than LEKAS exit.

In fact, road widening at Alam Sari is on-going now, because Serene Heights and Bangi Estate will be using that road for the project development. That's the only road so far.

the price sound reasonable..how about the land size?

this is gated and guarded development under strata title?

Sorry, missed that most important info. Updated in my post. Land size is 22x70. No confirmation yet if it's gated and guarded.

Guess there will be no contradiction with Alam Sari if they are not building large land size and built up units to compare head-to-head with them. So, all will have their market.

Wow, 22x70, with only 500k++...competitive to eco hill..

but sunrise o...never come out anything cheap so far...forsee will have another 15-20% increase when during real launch so i estimate the cheapest also 580k up...

This make real sense.

But, normally for a complete new township, the 1st phase will always be the cheapest. However, nothing is final until they come out with their selling plan.

G&G 600k is worth than Eco Hill.

The key point is the access connect to the develoment. if connect to LEKAS than superb
