I did feedback to them last time where the fencing shld be outside the waterways. No hope now. Btw, what kind of fencing they will build?

agree with u, many condos got more than 600 units also only have one entry/exit point, no issue on whether jam or not at the entrance..not everyone go out/back at the same time....most important, tight security...

dun so fancy about the water way, it looks nice with blue color from the brochure, but the purpose is for water retention purpose...so actual water way might just looks like normal water pond, i prefer that located outside the fence area...

I do not mean multiple point entries, as initially, I thought SP will build different guardhouses for 20 x 65 and 20 x 70 respectively, but apparently they are not.

Since this is only single access point, I really hope SP can build the guardhouse with larger lanes (in and out), just in case for the peak period, as well as the emergency cases...

I haven't have chance staying in condominium before, but I always get stuck in the hypermarket carpark during exit... tongue.gif tongue.gif

I agree on this. The water retention area maintenance should be done appropriately, otherwise, mosquito breed may be one critical issue. sad.gif

Yeah, I do agree on that. I presume the initial purpose for the SEH to have these water retention area will be segregating the DSL residents from the apartment and commercial area, true?

bro, i did not received any call from the lawyer firm also. Which in fact i called them myself yesterday (FRiday). They informed that the Signing Session is opening from 10am-4pm for both Saturday and Sunday, no specific time slot allocated for you, you can come on anytime at your convenience (within the Signing session). That's why we don't receive calls from them. Remember to ask them how is your Loan Agreement preparation as well, since some of the buyers only able to sign their SPA, Loan Agreement has to be signed on the other day due to the delay of LO submission from their banker.

Although it is only one entry point for the vehicles, but i do hope that SPS will build some small walking entrance/exit doors at the corner of the Fencing, so that we can reach the PARC and the welcome centre easily on foot. Otherwise, all the neighborhood need to walk along the main street from the only Car Entry point, which could be some how annoying.

dun worry la...if 624 units with one entry point will cause jam, then most of the condos will jam like hell at the guard house there every morning during weekday.


and some more during weekday morning peak hour, seldom got visitor will come, so the residents can just drive their car out from the guard house smoothly...the main road in front of the guard house already come with dual lanes design for each direction, sufficient enough.
