~ RM 300 per room is the current rental rental rate for the students in Pelangi Semenyih. Nevertheless, I believe most of the students will stay here for 9 months only, as there will be summer break for most of the Uni that follow UK education calender.

Renting for lecturers will be hard I presume, since most of them have their transport and own house ler.. When makan grill fish in Broga, I come across a few lecturers rent a house in there, total countryside feel.... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

I am not sure for others, but since DISP scheme clearly stated in my LO, I don't see there is any issue so far. On top of that, I received offer from the Ambank as well, and the banker confirmed to me that DIBS shall be included as well, but of course verbally since I do not have chance to read their LO. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
