Yawoh, kalau SEH already keluar bill but my bank pay late, buyer kena pay the interest woh.... So, the longer loan agreement drags, the more risky the buyer ler, isn't it?

Yeah, I already signed the snp last weekend. I received letter from SEH and mentions that if I fail to sign the snp by 22 Nov, then they shall deem that I no longer interested in the purchase and the property will be released without any further notice loh...
