SEH staff said Plot 3 will be DSL 20x75. But I dun see any this size at their master plan, how come?
Hopefully remain the same size 20x70 for Plot 3, then price will not increase too much.
Btw, those DSL at Plot 3 seem like existing land for show units for whole project. Mean all the sample house will demolish after all house sold out? Then Plot 3 DSL will not launch so soon?

Personally I prefer the unit closer to the guardhouse, which is within the visibility of the guard on duty and normally convenient to be in and out. The drawback would be more cars will pass by the house, means more noisy and dusty. Nevertheless, I just like this kind of the feeling, bustle within the tranquility..... tongue.gif tongue.gif

Landed with strata title got what advantages against individual title ar? Can share the facilities kah?

According to the master plan, plot 3 should be building the 20 x 70. If SP does not release plot 3 DSL houses for sale in phase 2, then phase 2 shall having very limited units on 22 x 75 for sale.

SP construction progress very fast and efficient. Plot 1 already full of piles (more than 10 piling machines working everyday more precise), despite many buyers perhaps not signing the SnP yet. No chance for LAD I suppose sad.gif sad.gif

I believe 300 dsl houses should not be a problem for them within 15 - 18 months.

strata landed come with proper gated and guarded, not need wait community to set up guard house or fence...normally will come with facility like condo...but ofcourse siiliar maintenace fee like condo, and there are some rules like cannot renovate your external look for your house so that can maintain tidy and uniform look


individual landed normally not come with guard house or fence, and u can do whatever on ur unit as long as got approval from authority..

but in setia eco hill case, developer oledy provide guard house and fence... rclxms.gif

ya..20x65 is limited supply oledy...and i forsee the subsale price for 20x65 after 2 years should be around 550k, and for those 20x70, will up to 600k above...

550k market easy digest...should be easy to find buyers and sell...

but after went few times to there, i am start to thinking keep this one for long term...

u know la, nice township with good environment with good accessibility to highway, with price less than 430k, so hard to find nowadays, not to mention in future...

Vis kor,

SEH semid is on individual title, therefore the maintenance charges is cheap. If it is on landed strata title, then the charges will be sky high. sweat.gif

Show units memang will be demolished soon. Tentatively Plot 3 will be launched after cny 14.

Doom2 kor geh interpretation = layman's interpretation. 8 has nothing to do with huat in feng shui perspective.
