What do you mean your gym has only machines? What about barbells? Plates? Bench? Not even a Smith?

the onli freeweights is dumbbells sweat.gif
and one all rounder machine(i dunno what its name sweat.gif)
BTW, the gym is for residential college use..... wink.gif

but.....UTM's Pusat Sukan Gym no better.......one machine also and add few treadmills......

Erm how about smith machine for incline press? coz i dont really do bench press... i only do incline press, dumbell press, dumbell pullover and decline press....i am not very sure am i on the right track but i do build some muscles....
