the onli freeweights is dumbbells
and one all rounder machine(i dunno what its name BTW, the gym is for residential college use..... but.....UTM's Pusat Sukan Gym no better.......one machine also and add few treadmills...... SUK!!! Chow. |

Erm how about smith machine for incline press? coz i dont really do bench press... i only do incline press, dumbell press, dumbell pullover and decline press....i am not very sure am i on the right track but i do build some muscles....
