CS asked me to call back once the GST has charge to my statement which is 10/4, so waiting for it and see how the CS reply me about GST... maybe same offer like you?

Just follow up the above status. Called CS this afternoon, looking for the person who talked to me last time, but unfortunately she is busy on the line, so end up speak to another staff.

Don't know whether is different staff or what, totally not same what is the first staff told me and advice that NO waive for GST for all card holder now, process to cancellation request.

Internal banking account is still available for future purpose unless you request to cancel or forgot the password, told by staff.

Because I asked about the internal banking account also, she said it can be login even the credit card account has cancelled.

No, about GST charge, you have to pay it first, and they will rebate to you on second or third month if you fulfill their requirement.

why not you can think about watami card for your insuance, it is much better than MBB Visa
