Be patient if you feel that the iPad Air feels laggy. I do feel it too. The Air use A7 processor which is a very fast chip utilizing 64 bit architecture. Because a lot of apps are not optimize for 64 bit yet so they might not run as smooth now. Things should get better once iOS 7 is fully optimised for the iPad 64 bit architecture.

Yes, I don't know about other outlets but Machines have a 7 day exchange from date of purchase. Meaning if you encounter any MANUFACTURE DEFECTS out of the box, you should be able to get an exchange immediately from the outlet u purchase from within 7 days from purchase date. However if pass 7 days, you need go to an Apple Authorize Service Provider (AASP) to claim.

Bear in mind they DO NOT cover cosmetic issue regardless if is out of the box or not. Unless something major like a screen crack or a serious dent which can be considered as manufacture defect

That sounds good. But the replacement is with a new set or refurbished set? Actually I am worry about the screen issue like yellow tint etc.

i don't know other senq outlet but just don't get the one from 1U.

It is always refurbished set unless you are lucky enough they do not have any on hand. Slim chance you will get new set. It is Apple policy

like general customer service behaviour/policy ...

good exchange/refund policy, polite CS etc ... and more choices on the iPad casing, no force ppl to buy SP etc.

"Force ppl to buy SP" never really works. Just walk away if they're doing such disgusting practice.

I think Gardens/MV machines seems to have the most accessories choice. Best refund policy is online Apple Store. Resellers aren't obligated to do it.
