Well , S4 doesn't come with Knox . I guess it's easier 2 bypass Knox for S4 unlike Note 3 since it comes with Knox . Anyway , a rooted stock rom is good enough after some bloatwares removal and I'm surprise how much bloatwares there is in Note 3 .

how about if roll back to previous version, possible the bootloader also changed?

Precisely. However, I do recall that ROOTING IS LEGAL as approved by the Librarian of Congress in the US. Similarly I think EU laws do not forbid rooting.

Ok guys some update on my issue. I saw on maxis forum https://forum.maxis.com.my/forum_topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=11269 a similar issue. The user tried to set the network to maxis only rather then auto. Currently my data connection is stable for now.
Question to S-View original cover users:
1. How long does it take for your device to awakes when you open the cover after closing it for about 15 sec. Mine is taking like 3 sec which I feel kinda slow.

This is like UEFI + vPro + Palladium + Full disk encryption on corporate PCs/Notebooks.....

I believe even for the Nexus, some parts of the world may have policy restrictions on bootloader unlocking and warranty status....
