Planning to buy one for investment, wonder how the rental like?? during visit to the sales gallery, it surrounding is flooded with uncompleted and existing condominium.. Any one can comment

Haha did you buy there too? Which tower? A or B?
Next time going to completion, we need to set up a community. Afraid if the management is bad, then we need to do something. I heard of many stories from my other friends in other condo that their management is bad la, this la that la... so scared already... |

May i know who here got back the original stamps SPA ?
How long you all sign the SPA already. Mine signed on 26th February but until now i check with lawyer she still said developer not yet sign and past to them. Thanks |

seems like this is common to MCT.
heard the same from v-residensi selayang buyer too. any idea why would developer delaying the original SPA stamp? so they could delay it? |
