Haven't decided whether to get a unit - I have several factors to consider. And I know what you mean on the layout of type C absolutely gorgeous. Generally I think this is a good investment as well as for own stay. It really depends on factors like nearby workplace (or near parents' place), familiar comfort zone, and plenty of employees/students to rent out to. Good developer too.

Am not comfortable with Block A - not sure why there is one block with many units still available. Hope everything works out fine for you yea!

You can check with Jacobb i think he posted the latest sales progress last few day. I think block a n b selling not bad but just feel weird there are a lot of empty unit in block a face garden.

Who here collected their original stamps SPA .. i heard lawyer said another batch of stamps SPA will sent out next week. Any idea? I still waiting for them to call me to collect it. Sigh ... execute document sent to bank also long..don't know what the lawyer doing.
