Heard this area is flood prone area, will it affect the project?
The land seems at the lower side.

seems like this is common to MCT.
heard the same from v-residensi selayang buyer too.
any idea why would developer delaying the original SPA stamp?
so they could delay it?

they have plenty of banker to choose..
better to get their panel bank, else u might get different loan package.
i saw they have like 6-7 panel bank to choose from.

With Loan of 35 years, monthly installment should be more than 2K. (Less than 2.5K)

I think the main entrance that they promised, will still be quite narrow for vr2 residents to get in.

Both way to vr2 definitely gonna be narrow and nothing can be done i guess.
