A road to Alam idaman are super painfull for those own a bigger car, as the ppl park their car at the roadside and block the traffic flow... you shuld worried for traffic instead, as alam idaman was located inside with other phrase 2, 3 & 4.

For v-residensi 2, 816sf with 400kk starting price was average to 5XX per sf ...it almost a price with highend condo ....
Anyone have book ur units at V-residensi 2

IMHO this V Resi has the best and most comfortable unit layout especially for its 3 bedders...

Proportion of Living+Dining to Bedrooms is just nice. If you are going for rental market, the 3 bedders have fairly big room sizes that could be appealing to students? And 2 ensuites + 1 bath is definitely a ++ for some tenants who do not like sharing bathrooms.

Anyone has idea about the current rental demand for working professionals nearby?

Rental after 3 years can reach RM2,000++ or not? Cuz currently the older apartments nearby also rent out at RM1,500 already...

Architectural design wise....hmmm.... very simple block with vertical expression, and randomized pattern for the podium car park facade... boring but can't go wrong. Anyway doesn't really matter to me as the unit layout is way more important for living.

From the Ground up to 2nd floor, there are 3 floors of retail shops just to serve these 600 units??

The Tropicana Metropark nearby, does look attractive and promosing to me. Hope it will be a catalyst for the condos in the vicinity of the so-called Subang West area hehe...

Overall, feel quite 'investe-able' for 1st time home buyer?? Experts please advise smile.gif))

More inclined towards investment... or temporary stay in the future. Is it worth 430psf at his location and context? blush.gif

Brother, is the site that close to the factory as described by one of our bro here? How about the accessibility to main road...I'm not familiar with that area...

Presently have 1 main road access to this site
Moving forward, there will be another access road via Ayu Puri

I searched the location of the site based on the GPS coordinates given....Anybody can tell what are the surrounding building and sites surrounding the project?

I was hoping Alam Prima & the future launch on the empty land next to it (belongs to CB also I think, heard that they will launch it mid 2014) can block the view corridor to Nirvana from V Resi. Anyone's take on this?

Actually not 100m that near la... measuring on Google Map about 800m between V & the actual 'gardens' inside Nirvana wink.gif

It depends on individual perception
In fact, the existing Alam Prima oredy block the view unless it's on higher floor
The empty land will b develop by CB Land in 2015/2016

this condo is a v good investment..i booked for alam sanjung and my brother own alam idaman said that he could got money invest return so easy by doing renting his condo there..location in between shah alam city and subang jaya is a very good investment nowday no wonder so many condo rise in this area..if a got money v residensi2 i also beli lah biggrin.gif
