Considering that the nearest condo Ayu Puri which is just located opposite of this project which has the average rental at 1500 average....i really doubt that the future rental after VP can go up to 2k for this unit. Dont forget that the potential tenants are the student and factory workers nearby and in general their affordability to rent a condo is low- moderate.

I am actually interested to buy a unit here....also browsing and coming back to this thread very often laugh.gif

hello sifu, plan to buy v residensi 2, but their S & P document haven't ready yet (their lawyer still working on it), would like to ask, is it safe to sign the loan offer from bank first whilst waiting for the S & P ?

In my opinion, better to wait until they're ready for SNP and sign together..
Other sifu got any guidance more? as I'm not very pro in housing stuff

Been following this post for sometime.

What is yall comment for the 2 bedder. Looking at it, alam sanjung entry is cheaper, and 3 bedder. What is the potential for V2 you all see.

I dont think they will increase, can sure that Tower A and Tower B will be the same price. Or may be given 5% discount only instead of 7%.
Make the analyst of surrounding apartment/condo the price is around the same and they quote price slidely higher compare to others. Plus their indoor facilities not a 'wow' look design. Wonder why their brochure design so unattractive..lol

waiting to view the showroom . I heard agent mention tower B hold and sell during official launch.
