Hi, it stated SPA and Legal fees (without disbursement) & Loan legal fess and stamp duty (without disbursement). What does it means?

Hi para-para sifu,
I am interested in V2, but find it too close to Carlsberg factory. I often see white smoke released, do you think its hazardous & will it affect appreciation? Appreciate your views.

Went to site today. Show room opening soon.

MCT although is not a listed company, but is a aggressive & upcoming developer and has a lots of land bank in Klang Valley, such as Cyber, USJ 23, Templer Park, Dengkil and etc.
My brother working there as a civil engineering and said MCT is China man company and cash rich.
I am not from MCT and neither do I invest in high rise in Shah Alam especially i am not familiar the location.
