I don't have paypal, that's the problem.

I'd prefer to COD or bank transfer if possible, but his account age worries me a bit.

And I think only the box is slightly damaged, which isn't an issue for me.

surprisingly, PVC's price here where i bought this (Zombster, Toowong Village, Queensland, Australia) are quite reasonable even after converting them to MYR or YEN...but for action figures like figma or SHF, the price are too high(around AUD100+-)... still dont know why tho

Depends on which pvc figure. The one you got actually a prize figure, which most of the time half the price of figma
