any of you know what kind of document need to send to blizzard for the proof of purchase?

i think most of the time they will ask for the box's serial number, not too sure about receipt.

if you put both game in the same blizzard account normally it will auto give you the hero. just like last time with the demon hunter with D3

but we are not going to get the retail box(serial number) until the released of LOTV, that's no way we can tied LOTV with our account before that, right?

i think should be kua? even the customer support is only open on the 13th Oct (US Time)

wow. i only started playing this game yesterday. Seriously? i started playing with Valla and Raynor, and im having insane trouble trying to do any damage to anyone hahaha. its like, my skills do a single "ping" of damage, while my enemy can take half my life with a single baneline volley, and one shot me next

not to mention i have also got a confirmation mail for pre order keys for LOTV beta.

basically sent those, and artanis is added to my account.

however he isn't available for play until LOTV launch i suppose.
as i still can't play him yesterday night

raynor got inspire burst/auto atk.
banshee (although imho hyperion is always the better heroic skill) does a good measure at finishing people off as well.

valla, triple burst hungering + multi shot in between + strafe = gg hero lol

how do you counter cloaking heroes like the girl with yellow hair, and the cloaking light saber man since there is no wards in this game?

its hard to position myself when these heroes can easily one volley/ shot me with no chance of countering them

almost all support class have area reveal/persistent reveal for a short duration/cooldown.
additionally, simply aoe the location as you can see cloaking/blur graphics.

and no, those hero cant 1 shot you unless you're already low on health.
and the drawback of their cloak/burst dmg is that they are basically the most fragile heroes in the game.
