how do you counter cloaking heroes like the girl with yellow hair, and the cloaking light saber man since there is no wards in this game?

its hard to position myself when these heroes can easily one volley/ shot me with no chance of countering them

almost all support class have area reveal/persistent reveal for a short duration/cooldown.
additionally, simply aoe the location as you can see cloaking/blur graphics.

and no, those hero cant 1 shot you unless you're already low on health.
and the drawback of their cloak/burst dmg is that they are basically the most fragile heroes in the game.

reveal is not just useful on revealing stealth though

and no, nova regardless of how you spec, so long you aren't having level disparities you will never 1 shot any hero, not even murky.

your list of combos also proven that it's not a "1 shot"

nova is a very 1 sided hero, she can be either damn OP, or plain useless. and a LOT of public teams loath the present of her, be it in their own team or the enemy.

your statement also contradicts, if any good assassin can spot stealths a mile away, and the ONLY main advantage stealths have is well... stealth. what makes you think any good assassin worth their salt cant burst down stealths since they are made of paper?

almost every assassin characters non stealth have a LOT more durability and mitigation compared to the 2 stealth ones. stealth character only mitigation are well, stealth.
