The water retention is for decoration only or actually can serve for different purposes? Would be the mosquito breeding an issue afterwards?

By the way, apartments will be built behind the DSL after 5 years, hopefully there will be no disturbance on the Aquatilis and Pistia residents during the construction period.

Just receive a call from the Hong Leong, loan approved, fully flexi, 3 years lock in, No MRTA, RM 200 processing fees, but the rate only -2.35.... .. Appealing for -2.40 now

Being offerred the " promotional renovation package" for additional RM 85k?? What's that ??

No worry, I think within this week you shall receive the reply.

So far I only received two replies:

1.) Alliance bank - pre-approve, full flexi, 3 years lock in, No MRTA, RM 200 processing fee, blr - 2.35. High chance to appeal to -2.40 if put 10% of the loan amount in the saving account / FD, WTH!

2.) Hong Leong - approved, full flexi, 3 years lock in, No MRTA, RM 200 processing fee, blr-2.35. Appealing for -2.40. Offered RM 85k for the "promotional renovation package".


Other banks still no reply yet, hopefully not because quota habis...

Public bank is a bit stringent on the loan package, you may apply the RHB, since Cheryee taikajer also applied this bank as well.

Thanks for the information sharing. Perhaps any buyers who interested in the "renovation package", can apply to Hong Leong. Ask all the T&C in detailed though.

For me, it's a liability, and thus I am not interested.
