i already drop an email to sp setia to ask about the info for the fenced and guarded for DSL phase...
questiona s below: 1. sp setia already apply set up fence to MPKJ on behalf on residents? 2. the fence material will be galvanic fence or low quality green net fence? 3. guard house is brick wall type or wooden type? 4. any auto boom gate with access card control for vehicle in/out at guard house main entrance? hope other buyers will sent email as well ya... okok..setia eco hill is lousy project, will not appreciate in future...
we are unlucky buyers for setia eco hill.... anyway, whoever want to let go the unit, just do so because they are long queue unlucky ppl who willing to take the unit... |
