Usually..you can know the credit standing status within a day. Nowadays bank system very canggih..key in all details and link ccris report, the system will inform eligibility. But final approval shud be in few days time. Be patient guys.

Wondering EcoGarden ll undercut SEH. Gut feeling, it ll be cheaper. Jus like how they did in ecobotanic in iskandar.
*
Hahaha..then enter EG lo. Better appreciation. But..I doubt it will be for project that is to be launched in 2 years. May undercut SEH phase 2 lo. Unlikely to be below phase 1 pricing. Remain to be seen.

Dugged into Setia Ecohill website and found this:

"Sustainability and a small carbon footprint go hand in hand. We provide myriad opportunities for residents to lower their energy consumption, from planning a township complete with a network of pedestrian and bicycle paths and ensuring that facilities are within walking distance to building energy-saving houses with solar power or renewable energy capabilities."
*
if I am.not mistaken..the house comes with solar heating / power system and rain water harvesting. But..till we get the spa wont know for sure what we going to get.

Not yet, I already submit to CIMB on Wednesday afternoon and inform him want a very good offer. Maybe once approve I will negotiate further to get the best offer by using information in Low Yatt forum.
*
I am not sure if all of you are aware of it, but, if the loan size is large and you are loyal to bank as in salary, transactions all with one single bank primarily, you can gertak the bank after 2 years; to reduce the interest rate, or offer better rate, else you will refinance; usually, the banks will offer slightly better rate.

I not sure. I read the Seh's website it got mention each house will be fitted with an alarm system. But when i ask them when i was in the show unit, the SA said not provided. They only prepare the alarm point for you. This is terrace house. For semi D i not so sure.
*
I am not so sure about this. What i understood for Semi-D is that since it is a gated and guarded neighbourhood, all house will be fitted with Alarm and Intercom system to enhance safety and practicality. Perhaps, will reconfirm with SA this weekend.

Yes, alarm is provided for all semi-d. The brand is IDS originated from Australia and manufactured in South Africa. A famous brand that can linked with ADT, CHUBB and other major CMS company.

No way it is cheaper! Next year EG will launch vacant bungalow lot 1st, thereafter only link and semis. Tentatively DSL is estimated to be priced from 700k onwards!
*
Those were my thoughts, but could be on par or cheaper that SEH Phase 2 since Phase 2 DSL launching late 2014 or 2015, right?
But then again, its strata GnG, total ownership cost may be higher than SEH.
Whatever it is, the link roads to all SEH, EG and SEH2 seems to indicate a good value appreciation for these projects in future.

Natman kor,

Yes, SPS said the Lekas-Ecohill link will be completed upon VP of our houses.  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Lekas-Ecohill Link probably will be ready before that but would not be open to public until the VP for phase 1 is granted.
I understood that they are now looking at contractor to construct the link, all the earthworks have been completed.

I bought Semi-D and queue number is 18. Maybe I little bit early than you because experience in illegal racing haha.. By the way I suspect you wear like men in black and  maybe we bumped into each other during house briefing.
*
Just wondering, if you are the one where a proxy queued on your behalf. Not sure, I was 26 but i sort of knew most of them infront of me up to number 16.
Number 16 buyer was also from Semenyih and bought Merrum too.

Darween,

Kebetulan 1 of my fren is an expert in this field, so I brought him along to the show unit and ask him to check2 lo  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Oh okay.
CY, is he the sub con or just the expert in such field so, he told you about the alarm.
I am still wondering if there will be sensors in the house - for grills - anyone planning to install grill in the house or just live as it is?
I will resort to the wireless if need to do in future should SPS not provide the wiring for grill sensors.

Darween,

He is just an expert, not a sub-con. Not sure about sensors woh, let me ask him again.

Installing grill oso cut throat wei since there r so many windows!  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif
*
Oh okay, I will need to talk to SPS in detail about this. Though GnG, need to secure my house first. flex.gif
I install simple design but strong one, so, shouldnt be much cost. Furthermore, some I can manufacture in my dad's workshop, save some lo.

No need grills la, damn ugly your house, just install as many motion sensors as you can afford, kau tim!
*
Hahaha, Robert, I pernah kena rompak d la, so, upgrade to GnG but still will have some phobia, so, need to keep my house secured.
Agree, some grills are ugly and can be annoying during cleaning, but safety first, cosmetic second.
Also, will change all the windows, so, cannot see the grill one.
