is it ok if i take mass gainer + fat burner??mass gainer increase muscle mass and fat at the same time so can i use fat burner to reduce the fat then?

No. Not okay. Fat burners require you to be on caloric deficit to work and mass gainer are meant to give you caloric surplus. Change it to whey + fat burner if you really want to

thanks that really helpfull...insted of buying mass gainer+fatburner i'll go for whey+fatburner...btw is there any on9 shop that can i buy these stuff with good price?
