1st of all, Izit we can use 2 different thing to save into the PSP??? cause there is 4gb MS and also dvd.....The dvd can save game too?

There is no such thing as after sales service for these kinds of shops. Same thing goes for their so-called warranty. If there are any faults with the consoles after you've bought it. Be prepared to pay for the repair costs. Their warranty = no warranty. This applies to majority of the local game shops.

So UMD can only play 1 game??

i'm not sure, but i think the latest firmware 3.90 allows user to play games without using UMD, correct me if im wrong, im a noob =P

IIRC, thats with Custom Firmware. They allow you to play games without UMD.

Beside Official Sony, which shop give warranty for PSP and the warranty covers what?
I know Gamers Solution only provide free checking and service for the PSP that they sold, but if parts spoilt, need to pay for the parts.
How about others? How about Gamers Hideout? Is PSP sold by Gamers Hideout is the official Sony unit that I can send to Sony Center for warranty?

since u are allow to play games without UMD, then whats the UMD for in psp?

nope. I don't provide any official sony warranty since sony malaysia doesn't want to give it to us .
