A trader and A sole distributor.

If a sole distributor do not set a retail price for a product, no advertisement done and nothing on the product, mainly based on word of mouth only.

Is that worth marketing the product? Is it wise to advertise, promote and having exhibition?

I had replied you in PM however if you are expect build a website and double your sales i will say it is too optimism.
Brand are accumulate are scalable, as the time growth and proper management it will illustrate greater benefit from marginal utility, eventually it will benefit to your business.

i am now trying my fourth business, but this time i am starting with smaller capital.
now it have been for 2 weeks, no gain yet but still hoping for the best in next 4 months

b. 1x set of Mini Package consist of 6 adult lobsters, 6 premature lobsters and portable air pump - RM290
c. 4x rectangular basin - RM20 each. Total RM80
d. 3x set of batteries size D - RM12 each set. Total RM36
e. 2 feet of PVC pipe for lobster hiding spot - RM5
f.  2 x crab cuisine pellet for lobster food - RM14 each. total RM28 (recurring on monthly basis)

h. Minor renovation = Not required since i am putting all the basin in one of my house room

Opinion : Slow profit earning and need to focus on market or alternative buyers. But the maintenance cost is really minimal since lobsters are high disease resistance. No need special attention since u only need to feed them and let them breed.
Expected Monthly Income :
Considering I have 3 pairs for adult lobster and each pair will give about 80-500 eggs.
Since I am newbie and lot more to learn, there is only 30%-50% chance of success in breeding the lobster babies.
3 pairs x minimum 80 eggs x 30% success chance = 72 of lobster babies
these babies will mature within 4 months with average price of RM40 each.
So, RM40 x 72 / 4 months = RM720 per month

I know it sounds very low but looking at how it been done, i can consider this is my passive side income

Can somebody explain to me how to go about setting up a company between 4 ppl with varying share splits? Am I eligible for any soft loans or SME loans for business startup?

This set up is merely to rent a retail lot at a Sunway Putra Mall dealing with baby products. Can you or anybody else explain:

1) What is the process of registering a Sdn Bhd company step by step? go to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia SSM. visit their website to locate their branch. your malls usually they will take in Sdn Bhd. Hence, need 4 director signature and state the shares % held.
2) Which authorities do we need to deal with? SSM. after that get company chop. then open bank acc. then visit mall management with proposal.
3) What documents are required? IC. you can hire a secretary firm to assist you on that.
3) What are the different kinds of loans on offer and by which agency? We just need about RM200K. there are plenty. for starter, try looking into SME bank's loan.

definately online with the low entry barrier..and also to get the word out there initially..fb,instagram

if things go well then we should be looking at pop up shops at bazaars and stuff like that

Need some advice from sifu here, i just register my company under category ENTERPRISE, then i want to open my company account, i had check with maybank & hong leong bank but seems they required a lot of things ie Introducer which need to have own company operate more than 1 year but i don't have this kind of connection.

Did any know how to open a company bank account without introducer? or which bank requirement are low.

I am no experience in business so I'm here to ask for advises. I have an idea and willing to commit to online business. Right now i have idea and i have fund but i duno how should i start with. Should i pay website starter firm to do one package for me to handle myself or should i learn up the method to start a website? It seems to me that both are having tradeoff, it is only trading money for expertise or learn up expertise myself but it would be tiring. Any suggestion?

Travelling to Bangkok soon to survey if I could bring some item back here and resale or wholesale them especially clothes
