The situation of my friends is a bit complicated. He is interested in business and his dad is throwing him a challenge by letting him to start a business with Rm10-20mil capital (Yea, some big shot). But of course, is not giving him the capital for free and the capital is going to be in OD term (his dad giving from his own acc).

So, what can he start off with? His dad only condition is the business needs to start at Rm10mil and the business need to have physical shop. Hence, my friend need to buy a piece of land or property from part of the Rm10mil.

Hi guys, recently i got an offer from Perodua to be their car wash contractor.
What i want to know is if the cost for machines is high? just normal car wash and also what i really want to know is, at my area most of the car wash worker are indians from india, is their labour cheaper ? is it better to get locals or foreigner ?

Perodua will pay for the electricity, water bills and also provide me quite a big space for car wash. They asked for 30% in return. Worth the deal?

Hi, anyone here owned a fruit shop before?
Planning to start 1 up at my hometown, the area (taman) doesnt have any. Currently found a good strategic location shop. Same row with a market, bakery, coin laundry,surrounded by primary and secondary school and some chinese and indian food shop. Parking is easy too.

What im planning to do is selling cut fruits and fruits.

I still cant get the utilities figure yet. But the air conditioning would consume a lot of electricity. To keep the fruits fresh i need a cool temperature.

Anyone got any experience to share? Any supplier to recommend? Feel free to share.

I think fruit sellers just get those large industrial chillers only le....not to the extent of cold room la.....cold room is like a lil overkill for fruits lol. Unless you wanna sell fruit popsicles lol.
