ok then mind telling me how you're breeding your 3iv eevee with 3iv ditto? and how many eggs have you hatched?

i used to call the item i let my ditto hold destiny knot..the thing is either u extremely lucky or u just bluffin..dats is why in every breeding guide written '' this process takes long time "

yeah..even 5iv parents breedin have 1/200 chances dat baby gonna inherit 6iv if u noe wat im talking bout

now that just shows how little you know about breeding. Breeding a 4iv pokemon is a lot different and much easier too than breeding a 6iv pokemon.

Do you even know why breeding 5iv parents have a 1/192 chance to breed a flawless 6iv pokemon?? or atleast the basic mechanics of breeding?

Please don't be dumb and just go read the breeding guides first before you try breeding k. coz trust me, 4iv pokemon is so damn easy to breed when you have 3iv parents already

I kinda want to wait until Z is released first only get a 3DS since the platform still does not have many games I'm interested. I kinda missed the whole Gen V due to the unexpected release of v2 instead of grey lol... But I heard this time it is based on axis so more chance perhaps?

Oh, for the breeding debate above, although my argument might be invalid since it was based on my past breeding exp in HGSS and I'm not sure what update/changes was made since then.

Assuming you don't have to pin point what stats need to be maxed, getting 4 max IV is not that hard. Of course the quality of parents do play heavy factor in the inheriting, but if both parent have at least 3 max IV it not hard to get one with 4IV. Then if you keep replacing the parent with more maxed IV with the current one to keep the chances of getting better child up.

I remember there is also certain items (was it EV items?) that helps to ensure inheriting 1 stat from a parent. So that too can help in early stages of breeding process. The breeding game only gets hard when you try to get closer to a flawless breed or pinpoint 5 specific stat.

That destiny knot item that was mentioned sounds like it will make breeding much easier tho. perhaps it is about time for meto brush up pokemon knowledge...? 2 gen worth of moveset/item info sounds scary xD

just to prove my point, I hatched 10 eggs just now from 3iv parents. And guess what? 3 out of 10 have 4 perfect ivs. If that's not damn easy idk what is. If anyone wants 1 of those adamant speed boost torchic with 4iv just send me your fc here I'll give you free.
