Guys behind Eoute 12, near the Azure Bay there is this part of land I cannot go to. Any ideas?

lol yes. IVs and EVs need to be focused on the right place depending on the role. Its turn based after all. If its action based game that's a different story.

Just know the Pokemon role and where to pump the EVs, get the IVs.

You can get Lapras after the third gym.

PS : Lapras surf is nice when it surf!

Ahh, the berry game is a bit difficult for me.. >< I can't seem to respond quick enough to what my pokemon wants. Lol, too much panic for my heart. XD

Also, I traded with a random Japanese player just now.

Skiddo for a Smeargle, Chingling for a Fennekin, Tauros for a Skarmory, my Fletching egg for his random egg (LOL)
