Put it in your party or PC storage to infect other Pokemons.

so all I have to do just put in one Box and slowly the pokemons in that box get infected?

Only in party can get infected....

how long does it take?

Have a Pokemon with Pokerus on your party , then put your pokemon that don't had Pokerus infected yet put it into your party.

About 5-20 mins.
