BTS store not so big actually... The new bandar puteri 1 quite big... 2 floors as well... Upstair 1 more quiet and quite a number of students there as well

Is this Starbucks card legal by the way? Storing credit onto a card requires approval from Bank Negara Malaysia as per the e-money guidelines.. Which is quite similar to Touch n Go...

Different countries are regulated differently by their central bank. In Malaysia, it must be made known to BNM and approval obtained. I wonder whether it has been obtained?
