Anyone manage to contact their customer service these days? No one picked up the phone and no one replying to email. Really driving me crazy.

yup since monday... nobody answer or reply email. but they did update my reward tracker thou.

then tues purchase another drinks the update was delayed by a day.

I'm trying to get them to resolve my tracker as my purchase on Monday wasnt updated till now. Besides my purchase today is also not tracked. I have no idea how to get them if this continues.

i email to customer@starbucks.com.my then next day I check my rewards updated but they didnt reply so not sure is it because they saw my email or its just a delay for 4 days.

Good for you. I have yet to get any reply and it's going to 3 days. I'm really disappointed with their customer service.

No use to send email. I send before and can tell you that 9mths already still no response. From there I learn that I needed to call. Call early morning while there are less ppl calling them..

PM not so sure but i see posted messages in their FB page they responded late. Call the customer service is the best although sometimes difficult to get thru. Still, issue can be resolve faster...

I can see from my Apps that three stars have been updated.

went to inquiry that whether can redeem or not, but staff told me still need another 5 promotion drinks

Yesterday bought one promo drink and checked the apps, 1 drink has updated to another category which is not include on the main one

Quite confusion about this stars... and now only know that tall size of promo drink is not entitled as one count... sad.gif

i tot it is well-known that only grande/venti size is entitled for the tracker updated. even the normal 10 free 1 also is like this.
