Complimentary beverage and Tote bag are different categories, not mean that you redeem a free drink and you wont be able to get free tote bag, you still can redeem tote bag

Regarding the tote bag, where can I find the details of the promo? I read that I need to buy 18 drinks, what is the period will they calculate the number of drinks bought? Coz I have a card which I use since last year, bought about 10 drinks with it..wondering if it's considered in the 18 drinks

is from 1st July 2014 to 31st Aug 2014 if not mistaken, any hand crafted beverage outside this period will not be counted la brother

i believe drinks bought outside of promotion period are not valid. this mean ur last year drinks will not be counted.

but strange enough about the tote bag tracker, u should able be able to see it, although 0 drinks.

maybe u should try let the barista swipe ur card to be updated.
