meaning that wifi version either 16/32gb got the lollipop update, but the LTE version got no update yet? thinking of getting the LTE version from ipmart, 50% sales

My nexus 7 touchscreen no longer working all of a sudden today
 I bought mine in singapore but im currently in EM, but warranty already over. Should i send to asus service center or 3rd party phone shop? |

Guys. I absolutely LOVE my Nexus 7. But as of yesterday. I accidentally spilt a drop of water into the power button. Now it crashes and says 'No Command' when i try booting it up. Now when i press it. It acts as the volume up button. Seriously broken. PLEASE HELP!! I dont have much of a budget. But i'll pay what i think is reasonable.
