you may try to call as some of us here in lyn did get satisfactory reply from the cs.
however, for my case, i did call to ask but below was what i got from the cs:

just saw citilink notice at the floor of my house gate (not in my mailbox). but now i have left to outstation. will go to collect at their branch after i come back from outstation next 2 days. just called citilink to inform them so that they don't send back to standchart. bcs it's written that i need to collect within 3 days from the notice date.

just buy something with it. the easiest is to pump petrol at the automated fuel dispenser, using off the exact balance amount. nod.gif

anyone managed to call and talk to the stanchart cs? seems like they have upgraded their self-service menu and keep asking and saying my 6-digit pin is wrong! i am stuck at the menu! can't talk to a human!

managed to get a human to talk to finally...
they said that my cancellation is still in progress!
i said that has been more than 5-7 working days as promised earlier!
they said that the retention team is calling back based on first-in-first-out basis.
i said that means there are so many users cancelling stanchart cc recently??!!

i told the cs to just cancel it because i really don't need those lousy cc anymore (don't need the retention team at all for my case). but still, she said the procedure is to wait for the retention team to call back. doh.gif
