Overall, the terresse is individual title and FnG, SA said not sure about the maintenance fees as it depending on RA later.
The EcoOasis Parkland is not within the fencing area and most likely will hand over to MPKJ (if not mistaken) thereafter... There will be no Bangalow, SemiD or Cluster in Bandar Puteri Bangi, only terrace, townhouse, highrise and shoplot units... |
