If by "stable" mean WHQL, its 13.10. I'm currently using Catalyst 13.11 Beta 9.4. Some guys reported Vsync didn't work since Beta 9.2 but i have no problem with it.. i'm using RadeonPro though.

It's a MMO, usually CPU bottleneck will be the 1st reason for any FPS drop.

Huge different there and most UK e-tailer still have stock of the cards. UK price is slightly higher compare to Malaysia because of VAT.

Mine used to have coil whine when the FPS is over 1000, now no more. Just use MSI Afterburner to limit global frame rate to 200 if you really concern about the noise.

Sometime its the PSU though.
