argh.. the 290'X' is not needed for me as i only game with 1080p now.. for a while i was deciding to get the 280X or not but then when 290 vs 280X there's still big difference in performance even only at 1080p  This post has been edited by law1777: Dec 30 2013, 06:41 PM |

dammit why bioshock/bf3/crysis3 these games r better with 780/780Ti vs 290/290x?? cannot open MSAA coz AMD card will drop low.. FXAA then 290 tie with 780

the fact is that a custom-cooled R9 290 is freaking RM1k cheaper card.. on par with the 'king' 780Ti..
if you think the 5-6fps (OC vs OC) is worth it for RM1k then im speechless
