The total amount due has been rectified... waiting for later 10am onwards to see the "reverse" charges under Transaction History.

Statement Balance does not change upon making payment. It changes on Statement Date.
If you make payment, your Minimum Payment amount becomes RM0.00 (that's one of the indicator you have paid)

Cause I've been using it regularly during the Christmas previously and CNY promo currently.

Based on your Transaction History, you seem to be paying CC before the Due Date.... you should put the funds in monthly interest bearing CASA to earn interest from bank and pay full a few days before Due Date (after you earned your CASA interest)
