So now you cannot boot to the OS?

What you're describing seems like the Android stock recovery.
If you cannot boot to the OS at all I think the best way for you to fix your device is by downloading the factory image & flash everything.

If you can actually boot to the OS you can try to sideload the update file or the superuser.zip by flashing to custom recovery first.

The status 7 error usually happen in CWM Recovery but it seems that you have stock recovery now.

Edit:
It seems some of the OTA update file brick Nexus 4 which are rooted & having CWM. You probably have to flash system.img.

I assume you are beginner? I give you the basic steps to reset your device. But you'll lose all your data in your device.
1st you need to download Nexus 4 factory image from : https://developers.google.com/android/nexus...ges#occamkrt16s
2nd you need to download 7zip
Once you have downloaded 7 zip, unzip the Nexus 4 zip file with 7zip.Need to unzip twice if I'm not mistaken.
Boot your device while pressing power button + volume up. You'll be greeted with giant START words on screen.
Connect your PC & device with USB cable.
From the unzipped file, look for flashall.bat & click it. Your device should be reset to stock image automatically.

Took me around 5 to 10 minutes last time.
Why downgraded to 10.1? I thought 10.2 RC1 available now?

5 - 10 minutes eh.. Hurm ok I'll wait till reach 10 minutes then. Hurm suddenly feel like using 4.2.2 version. Dunno whether my step of flashing is correct. Think the usual one i think. from stock, just flash CM 10.1 then the gapps then good to go right

You can edit the flash-all.bat file

Open that file in notepad (assuming you're using windows)
You'll see the following code :
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

On "fastboot -w update image-occam-krt16o.zip" remove the "-w" & save the file.
Run the flash-all.bat again & your device will be flashed without wiping data.

Well, if you think your device is in bootloop it's better to re download the cm10.1 file & flash back.

Guys. My screen is cracked T_T Will the warranty cover for it? And where is the closest LG Service Centre? How much if it's not covered by warranty?

I call the LG general line. Then they give me this number : 03-7491 2920 . Is it the service centre number at Kelana Jaya?

Been calling twice. No one picked up.

----------------------------

Okay. They picked up.

Total cost = RM365 + RM30 (labor charge) = RM395.
