Went bike pro today, was offered scott addict sl 2012/13 version for 4k +, since sl model is one of the top range model,is it consider a good bargain? Also saw a green color bianchi frame set, not sure which year model but look dam nice!!

i don't know its original retail price. but i think it's a good bargain

Was told that the bianchi framset is 6k+, exceed my budget already, but the frame set keep popping out in my mind...

Even for a 2 years old model?

my sl3 is 2010 model bought in 2012 and i don't have any qualms about buying/owning/riding it. still being praised by some friends.

and i paid more than what u would pay for that addict.

do ur homework, find out the retail price of the addict and then only u can justify the 4k+ price

this is a good point. there's nothing wrong with getting an older model if the stuff is good.

true especially for quite a number of brands for their 2011 models where they come with mid range mavic or fulcrum wheels, and the 2012 and after only comes with entry level shimano wheels.

check out the components that comes with the bike too to help you decide.
