After finish ride how you put your chain at
Inner crank n smallest cassette or big crank n smallest cassette
*
I don't bother going with the inner crank and smallest cassette, but I definitely don't leave it on the big crank

dafug??? not small ring and also not big ring? your chain goes to another dimension when it's not in used?

unless you have triple chainring.. you are really inceptioning us
Aiiihhhh.. meaning I just leave it in the small crank and somewhere around mid cassette lot, which is also the gear I use when starting out from stationary anyways. not small ring & small cassette

actually... either way also screwed one lar...

small-small is good for derailleur springs as you dun leave them extended and then weaken it over time... but you do not leave your chain in a straightline....

big-big, you get good chainline but sacrifice your derailleur...

mid-mid, both sama sama mati, but take longer time lar....
so best thing to do is to release your cables when not in use cool2.gif

*

it can be done. just a real bad idea for a person buying their first bike. I know of somebody who's in the midst of self assembling his 6th bike from stuff all coming in from ebay auctions.

can give example of 700 calories?

i cant afford to eat to much fruits and vege, coz 1) its expensive as im still a student 2)it will not make me feel full.

but to smaller the portion of my current eating habit, maybe possible.
*
burn 1000 calories and intake 700 calories is just an example of saying that your daily calorie usage needs to be more than your intake. cause 700 calories is just too little for 1 day.

on the part of not making you feel full, that's just mainly to do with self discipline really.

I lost 5kg a month before.
Controlling and calculating diet calories is the hardest part.

the closer you get to your ideal weight, the harder it gets to lose more weight too. or at least harder to lose more weight at that stage in a healthy manner

and then hope that the lottery will strike and then he will come back with a ridiculously expensive carbon bike and a pair of wheels that cost 1/4 the price of a perodua myvi?

stop dreaming lah...
*
if it involves dreaming, might as well wish for the cost to the 1/10 of the price of a myvi right? laugh.gif

just save up all your money and buy it at one go lar...why buy a bit here and there... mana tau u buy SRAM 22 groupset now and then by the time your sl5 launches... SRAM comes out with a SRAM 23 groupo or you buy your 404 firecrest now and then zipp launches some zipp 404 firecracker by the end of the year...

I would really love to see how a 23 speed works tongue.gif
