KCNC Ti Pro Lite 8000 comes in at 143g only. but mainly popular only among MTB riders for some reason. used that on my RB without any issues though

that must be some real strong lube you're using if lube is the cause of it.

very likely its either your chain or cassette is worn, or simply because you might have accidentally pulled the RD cable out of place
