dun understand the question leh... u mean u wan to upgrade wheel so u can use current wheel for trainer...

FR5 is a waste of time lar... it's cheap... but might not achieve wat u want.... FR3 is at least the better choice lar.. if can go FR1 or FR0... even better la..

jus dun buy anymore weird stuff, save money and FR3 should be no problem lar...
