I still need to wait for my 7300gt for my new rig to be ready

While waiting for some TeamXtreem DDR2, I got a piece of 512MB relabelled Corsair DDR2-667 with square BGA chips.... possibly Elpida. Can't wait to test it.

I have a Apacer 512MB DDR2 ram and i oc'ed it til 594MHz and using 4-4-4-12 timings..

what chips are they?

This is holyshit. DDR533 at CL3.0 giving me only 5k memory score while my DDR400 S939 give me 6.2k.

i was wondering wat chipset does gskill memory use? im curious cz gskill seems cheaper thn any other ocz or team xtreem price...

Can also... but it's just single channel mode.

Gskill most likely using Elpida chips, or maybe Aeneon or any other 'value chips'.... only the 1GBHZ/2GBHZ are confirmed using Micron D9 chips (most probably D9GMH).
