DEX: 80+32 (416 HIT?)
LUK: 56+4 LUK (19% Falcon chance, 21 Crit)

For skill build, if you are still archer, just full all skill at job lvl 50. but when you are a hunter, picking the right skill is important as it define which type of hunter you are.

i think the irowiki is more accurate in term of monster spawning. last time searched for mistress, on ratemyserver it is stated on mjolnir_04, but the actual location of mistress is on mjolnir_05.
