p/s I use touch focus to capture on both camera. cough- maybe samsung touch focus doesnt accurate

i've seen some people saying it's always better to shoot in 4:3 instead of 16:9 because 16:9 stretches the picture and result in certain details are lost

the only reason to take a 16:9 shot is you want the picture to be used as a wallpaper on a monitor

The 16:9 aspect ratio is just like auto-crop from the default sensor aspect ratio which is 4:3. The only reason people shoot 16:9 is for photography perspective reason (i.e. cinematic feel etc). By right, it doesn't give any difference compared to you cropping a 4:3 picture into 16:9 aspect ratio. Any perceived loss in details of distortion is merely perspective.

In the end, it's just up to how you want your photos to looks like nia. Nothing else.

If it's me, I prefer to compose my photos at 4:3. Only when I wanna shoot certain landscape where there're too much unwanted, unimportant or unattractive features then I use 16:9

Overall as andrewtst said, lowlight Z1 is better. Daylight Note 3 is better with more saturate color and sharper image until ISO 800 Z1 seem better abit maintaining the details.

a tip for those who want to test whether their NFC is working without going through the service test menu

best is to use a tounchngo card and touch the nfc logo at the back of ur phone, if got sound and vibration means ur NFC is working

ah didn't know that is NFC as well

but only for those who renew their passport recently
